The skill someone would pay you for on your worst day. For most members that means writing and selling; for some it means building. All of it is workshopped in front of people who will tell you the truth, which is the part that actually works and the part everybody avoids.

Taste is learnable and most people never bother. Ten days a year in the Vaucluse: pruning, harvest, blending, and a great deal of sitting at a table being corrected. You will leave able to buy wine confidently, cook for eight, and travel somewhere without behaving like a tourist.
