Clos du Signal

A working farm before it was a classroom, and still more the former than the latter. Eighteen hectares under vine on the north face of the Luberon, a stone mas from 1782, and eleven beds. Members come for ten days at a time.

The property

Bought in year three. Paid for in year six.

We bought it with retained earnings, not a raise, and we say so because the number matters more than the view. It is a member asset. Nobody at Wifi Wealth owns a holiday home paid for by your subscription.

A day, in full

It is not a retreat. There is homework.

People arrive expecting a spa with a wine list. By the second morning they have secateurs in their hands at seven and a deal memo due at four. Almost everyone asks to come back.

The garage

Three cars. Driven to Nice and back, not filmed in a car park.

There is a garage under the new wing with three grand tourers in it, and members may take them out. This is the most obviously indulgent thing we own and we are not going to be coy about it.

The rule is the only one that matters: you take it somewhere. The coast road at six in the morning, the Gorges du Verdon, dinner in Aix. Nobody has ever been allowed to photograph one in the drive and post it. That is not what they are for.
